LBR20 Verizon

I am using the LBR20 as a LTE modem and router. When going into the app the internet says offline but if i test my speeds it says I’m getting good speed but doesn’t send out any signal. It worked perfect for two days then decided to quit sending out the signal. I can connect to the device but cannot access the internet on it!
