Lbr20 wifi thermostat server

Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone from netgear?
I was told there was a bug with the firmware where the device is not registering the IP from the providered correctly. Some have gotten it to work with several reboots. Mine is stuck on the 192.0.0.1/0.0.2 where it should be showing the ip from the provider.
Also IPv4/IPv6 is the only mode that seems to work with LTE, if I change it to IPv4 only like some have suggested all that it will lock to is WCMDA which serverly hinders throughput.
Looking for some help here. Had high hopes for this and thus far its not working out.
