LBR20 with Verizon losing public IP

Hi - I had to replace a netgear LM1200 because the device would only work if I had it directly connected to a laptop, otherwise it would constantly disconnect from cellular if a switch or a router was connected to the LAN port.

The new LBR20 is randomly losing the Verizon public IP, signal seems fine and I have been using Verizon with no issues up until last week when I started having issues with the LM1200.

Are netgears a reliable LTE router for Verizon? Has anyone else experience the dynamic public address issue?
