I saw this, but unfortunately, I want to limit only the kids wifi, not the parents wifi. :)
Ideally there should be a way to block only the kids internet access during specific hours.

You may want to try something like the Circle by Disney (meetcircle.com). Adds to your existing network and appears to provide a lot of tools you may find helpful.
