Try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
FYI, for the most part, it's up to the connecting device to pick and choose where they connect to based on signal, noise and environment.

Consequently my speed is only 30 mbps on my PC, however, when I check my iPhone/iPad right next to my PC, they clearly connect to the satelite on the third floor as they are connected at 230 mbps.
Is there a way to "force" my PC to default connect to my third floor satelite? Can I go into the Orbi settings and "force" my PC to default to my 3rd floor satelite. I understand that is going against the point of a Mesh network, but Win 10 is not so great.
Any tips would really be appreciated, thank you.

What are the negative impacts of reducing the wifi radios to 50%? (I assume that means that the overall range of the wifi signal within the house will then go down by 50?)
