Login required for every website

I’m using Safari and every website I go to I’m being prompted to login with ID and password

What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

 

Log in for what? Is this the routers web page log in or your ISP service? 

 

Is your Mac wired or wireless conntected to the router?

    Thank you...the problem was resolved by doing a reinstall of the router.
