Losing Wireless Connectivity
I am having a ton of issues with the Orbi router recently. I'm not technical, so having a difficult time troubleshooting. I've had it since it came out (over a year?) without a single issue, and then...

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

I've had it since it came out (over a year?) without a single issue, and then my new printer lost connection on my network last week, so I unplugged everything from the modem to the router to the printer. When I plugged them all back in the Orbi had a firmware update, which I completed. Now I'm losing Internet connection multiple times during the day. My daughter's chromebook seems to kill the Orbi every time she connects (is this even possible, or just a coincidence?). I have to unplug the router and plug back in and then it's back. This has been going on for days. We stream everything, so TV goes out and all devices.
I'm really unsure what to do or why this is happening. I haven't changed any settings. I also see that Backhaul Status for my satalitte is all of a sudden "poor."
Did the firmware just complete mess up my entire wifi in my house? If so, can I just go back to the old one where I wasn't having any issues?
I'm not sure what to do. I would really appreciate some help.

Please test channels on 1, 6 or 11. Those are primary channels to use...

I spoke with tech support today and they had me reset to factory settings with the latest firmware still installed. Since then, I haven't had an issue the entire day. However, I was just on my phone in the app and turned on "traffic meter" and within 5 minutes completely lost the internet again. I had to restart the router. So I have turned it off.
Could that be an issue?

I presume the Traffic Meter should be configured then once it's enabled, do a full reboot of the Orbi system and probably reboot your connected devices then test. Do you still loose wireless after this process? Let us know.
If you updated to recent FW v.210, try enabling Daisy Chain. Some have mentioned that this seems to be working in reverse order, enabling means disabled actually. Hoping NG support can have a look at this. So try this out as well.
