Hi piperd,
Have you tried running a speed test hard wired directly to the ATT router? If so, what were the speed test results?
a) If the issue is still the same during this testing phase, you would need to contact your ISP.
b) If speed test results are better when hard wired to the ATT router, then hard wire the Orbi router and provide your speed test results.

So, hardwired and using original router without Orbi, getting download of 4.9 and then a message stating “error failed to upload any data at all” Now that said, whereas wasnt before, Netflix now picks up on tv?? Reconnected to Orbi and ran again on desktop- same thing (download 6, error for upload). Netflix still works!

I would suggest contacting your ISP as you are still getting very slow speeds when you have your desktop hard wired to your ATT router. Feel free to provide an update once you're able to get in contact with your ISP.
