Lost access to 130 modem

I have setup and got running a 3000 network. My modem is a DrayTek Vigor 130 and I had no problems accessing it via my former ASUS router. But I can’t get access to it now. How can I do this with the Orbi router? I have 2.5.2.4 firmware, UK

Assuming this is the product ( https://www.192-168-1-1-ip.co/manuals/19653.pdf ), it appears that the DrayTek should appear at IP address 192.168.1.1.  Open the Orbi web interface and click on the Advanced Tab.  The "Internet Address" of the Orbi should appear as 192.168.1.(something).with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0  Correct?

Hi the 130 uses http://192.168.2.1/ and the Orbi has a subnet mask, if I am looking at the right thing the Orbi , 255.255.255.255 though looking at the link used to log in it uses http://orbilogin.net/index.htm not an IP address address but used the IP adress in a chrome and yes it works.
