Lost Internet After Power Outage
We lost power for several hours and the ORBI router is blocking the data from out internet modem. The ORBI is lit with solid magenta. I have rebooted several times. I have also performed a factory reset. I confirmed that the issue is not with my ISP or the modem. I tried calling Netgear support. They determined that the IP address was wrong, but they would not help fix it unless I shelled out $$. The device is beyond the 90 day warranty. Any suggestions? Note: the model is RBR40.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed?

I don't know where to find the firmware.
The Modem is Nokia, unsure of the model# Image Below.
The system was shut off for over a minute.
