Lost SSid configurations after firmware upgrade

Upgraded firmware to V2.3.5.38. Latest version. Immediately lost the 5ghz channel. After resetting and using telnet/command line to set the 2.4-ghz again and rebooting same thing happened.

Ridiculous- how can Netgear push out an update that breaks everything!

Sorry you are going through this.  Many people on this community forum have reported problems with the most recent firmware update, and Netgear appears to be no longer advertising it.  Most people have found that downloading the 2.3.5.30 firmware from the Orbi support site, unzipping the files, and doing a "Manual Firmware Update" (back to 2.3.5.30) has resolved their issues.

Pain in the a**?  Certainly.  Better than having no WiFi?  Alas, yes.

Had you separated your SSIDs? If so, then you already know that NG doesn't support the seapration of SSIDs on Orbi in the first place. Why not use the Orbi single SSID has NG intended it to be used.
