What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
Is IPv6 enabled or disabled on the RBR?
Do other wired devices like PCs get near 900Mpbs when connected behind the RBR?
I only use CAT6 cables. Firmware is V2.7.4.24, the latest version. Ipv6 was enabled and I turned it on, with no results. Unfortunately I don't have a computer with which I can test these high speeds. It is true that the RBS, wired to RBR, transmits 1 gig via WIFI.

Orbi AC3000 Router and AC3000 Satellite
(1733+866+400Mbps)‡1733 being the wireless backhaul between the RBR and RBS only. 866 is for front haul 5Ghz. 400 is 2.4Ghz.
Game console should be ethernet connected vs wireless.
- Thanks for the tip! Coincidentally, an update was available and I assumed that this always happened automatically. That's why I thought that was the last version. Update was successful, but speed problem remains. Today I am going to run an extra cable to the meter cupboard so that the XBOX is connected directly to the modem. Thanks again!
