lte lbr20 wont allow smart devices to connect

I have purchased an Orbi lte lbr20 router to replace my existing sim router. when I switched  my smart devices over I had nothing but issues. I actually had to use my phones hotspot to get my thermostat back on line. Once online Orbi took it from there. Cameras however came right up. My issue now is I have an ezoutlet3 which resets the unit when At&t Drops out. Doesn't happen often but really stinks when it does since I'm 18 hours away from the router. Short story long I cant get the ezoutlet to cloud nor will Alexa (not that she matters). I spent lots of time with EZOUTLET trying to resolve this issue with no luck. I'm being blocked somewhere and cant figure out where.
