MacBook Air gets dropped from internet by OrbiRouter RBR50

No progress on this. My wife still gets dropped from the internet. She usually is dropped from the internet when playing interactive bridge on BBO.com. I still suspect the Orbi Router. FURRYe38 asked me a bunch of questions--see below with my response in [brackets]:
What Firmware version is currently loaded? [v2.5.1.16]
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? [It's an Xfinity wifi capable dual banc 802.11ac]
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? [3000 sq ft]

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz. [11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 on 5Ghz]
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many? [lots of WiFi neighbors--I would say 10 show up on my network list]
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). [done]
I am wondering if adding another satellite would likely help or even upgrading to the new ORBI product in WiFi6? Thoughts and suggestions welcome. Many thanks

What mode is this modem working in? Router or Bridged?IF this modem/ONT has built in wifi and a router, this maybe a one cause of problems with Orbi if it's not fully bridged. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Yes--Approxmiately 3 years ago when the Xfinity guy came out here to install the new Modem/Router (which I lease from Xfinity), he became aware of the Dual Router issue and he told me he configured the Xfinity Modem/Router for bridge mode, effectively disabling the Xfinity Router, so that there would be no conflict with the Orbi Router. Is it possible that he missed a setting or two and that is what is causing my disconnect issue? If so, what settings on the Xfinity Modem/Router should I pay particular attention to? Another thought--Should I try and acquire a modem only (no router) which works with Xfinity to eliminate the double router issue? I emphasize that I only have the disconnect issue when my wife plays interactive bridge on the BBO.com site--all other situations the ORBI performs great and no issues with Xfinity modem/router.

Possible that the configuration could have changed on the ISP modem. Something you can ask the ISP about. When in bridge mode theres nothing to configure. IF the modem is still bridged, then the Orbi status page on the Advanced Tab under the internet section should report a ##.##.###.### IP address. If it reports a 192, 172 or a 10 something address, then the modem may have become unbridged.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
Yes, i know XF supports user owned modems. NGs CM1000 or 1100 would be recommended.
