Magenta ring color
System was fine . Unplugged system for one week. Rebooted. Now , Main router always goes to magenta ring. Rebooted modem as well as router several times. No change. Always magenta.

Since "pulsing magenta" means the Orbi is not getting a connection from the modem, the first step is to verify that the modem is still producing an internet connection. Can you plug a laptop or desktop computer directly into the modem, turn on the modem, and see if the computer gets a link to the internet?
And, of course, the cable is still plugged in correctly. (Ha, you say. Lost count of the number of users who called me at Tech Support to complain their computer was broken, crawled under the desk, and found out, "oops", the plug came out. Or, the keyboard was unplugged. etc.)
