Manufacturer Refurbished RBK50 Serial number already used

Just purchased a manufacturer refurbished ORBI RBK50. Tried to register and can't becuase serial number is already used.   Can Netgear Support help resolve this?   Thanks!

Support told me they couldnt help me because i didnt purchase from an authorized retailer. I had to contact the seller (i bought on aws) who had netgear reach out to me to get it resolved. It took about 5days to resolve.
