Max speeds on orbi rbr50
I recently upgraded to 1GB internet access. I have tested the download speed plugging a Lan cable into the back of the orbi router to eliminate any WIFI issues and I get between 200MBPS and 400MBPS....

Never going to get close to 1GB speeds on wireless (currently) - the following link is related to Google Fiber but explains the speed limitations for various wired and wireless devices ===> https://support.google.com/fiber/answer/6250056
WiFi 6 (802.11ax) gets to a theroretical max of 700 Mbps - not many WiFi 6 devices out in the wild yet.
What you are reporting for speeds looks normal for 802.11ac devices.
