Merge my NETGEAR Accounts

When I registered my product somehow it registered it to an old account. I have tried to merge them using the profile but it just sits saying "processing"

I cannot find any email addresses to send a query to.

How can I merge my two accounts?

    Something you'll need to contact NG support about on the phone...
