MIMO Antenna for US Cellular Internet?

Folks,I recently gave up my wireless internet service after 15+ years. I have just installed the ORBI LBR20 router provided with The US Cellular plan. Some folks posted positive experiences using a MIMO external antenna to boost the signal received. What would others here endorse for this type of antenna?

I installed the following external antenna and it really helped boost my signal since my house is cement with a metal roof the built in internal antenna just wasn't getting the job done.
