Mini Router RBR40
The solid light indicating the unit is powering up doesn't go off. What are the issues?

Light on top of the RBR or in back?

in back the LED should remain ON.
On top. It is solid white and stays that way after powering up.
Power OFF the RBR for 30 seconds, then power back ON. When you see the back LED near the power plug turn on green, Press the reset button next to it for 15 seconds. Then release. Have all LAN cables disconnected.
Does the top ring led flash or slowly pulsate at all?
Try swappping power adapters with your RBS unit if you have one.
