MIssing Networks?
I have a RBR50, RBS50, and a RBW30 in my home mesh Wifi. I have 20/40 MHZ coexistence enabled, so I expected to 9 networks present, but I am only seeing 6. Shouldn't I see a 20/40/80 MHZ network broa...
Enabling the 20/40 MHz coexistence allows Orbi to chance the 2.4 GHz channel to 20 MHz if interference is detected on the same channel. So no new channel is broadcasted.
Please see the description the help section in the web GUI which is as follows:
Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence
"Disabling this option allows your 2.4GHz wireless to stay in supporting the max speed. Enabling this option may reduce the max speed of your 2.4GHz wireless to the half when there is another wireless network detected in your environment; this is to avoid inteference between wireless networks and to get along with other wireless networks in the environment."

20/40 MHz Coexistence is about interference. If you have many 2.4 GHz networks in your surrounding (which is usually the case) then it's recommended to allow 20/40 coexistence.
You need to disable 20/40 coexistence only if you have devices operating on 2.4 GHz band and only work with 40 MHz channel bandwidth, which is very unusual, I think!
