What's the full model # of the modem? Hitron has a 4 digit model #s, ie CODA-####
What Firmware version is currently loaded on the Orbi system?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Check to see if SIP ALG is enabled or disabled. Try this enabled on the RBR.
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter and IPv6 on the RBR.
Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s). Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

I am missing a number of incoming calls when using wifi calling. The caller often leaves a message that my call went straight to voicemail. When I look at recent calls on the call log, that specific call is not there yet caller left a voicemail.
It would seem that there may be some sort of issue with the hand shake between cellular/wifi. When wifi calling is turned off, there doesn't seem to be a problem. Conversation with AT&T and our internet provider Vyve have lead me to believe the problem is how the MESH is handling this phone calls.
Are there steps I can take to resolve this issue?

Had a typo - it is a Hitron CODA -45.
Firmware is V2.7.4.24.
House is ranch style approximately 2,900 sf.
Satellites are 40 and 45 feet from ORBI.
Where do I find SIP ALG?
Armor, Parental Controls and Traffic are off. Where do I find IPv6?
Either 20/40 coexistence is on or off. No option for 40.
Preamble reset from automatic to short.
Private wifi - off and iCloud Relay is off.
Get back to me with the 2 questions and anything else I should do.
Router has been rebooted.

There will be a number behind the 45, 45##.

You might consider updating FW:
House is ranch style approximately 2,900 sf.
For that size of home, you might consider turning OFF one RBS. Having too many can cause problems:
Might turn off both RBS to test to see if phone calls come thru or not with just the RBR alone.
Satellites are 40 and 45 feet from ORBI.
Where do I find SIP ALG?
Under Advanced tab/Setup/WAN setup on the RBRs web page.
Armor, Parental Controls and Traffic are off. Where do I find IPv6?
Under Advanced tab/Advanced/IPv6. It maybe already disabled.

Uncheck the check box next to this and apply sets 40Mhz.

No additional numbers after CODA -45.
When i use the app on my phone, it says there are no updates available at this time.
Turned SIP ALG off.
IPv6 is disabled.
Unchecked box for 20/40 coexistence.
Router has been rebooted.We have
Walls and kitchen appliances seemed to effect the wifi signal at each end of the house so I installed satellites to get better wifi signal at those ends of the house.
We have made a number of changes. How do the changes that have been improve the "hand shake" between cellular calls and wifi calling?
