Mixing old router (RBR20) with new satellites

Hi, I have RBR20 router with one RBS20.  I want to add a setellite. I can get a use one from eBay , the questions are: 1. Would RBR20 have any issue to work with newer satellites RBS40 or RBS50? ...

Yes, the RBS40 and RBS50 can be connected as satellites to an RBR20

Any Satellite -if not pre-synced- can be synced with a Router by pressing the Sync button on both the Router and the Satellite. So yes you can buy a pre-owned Satellite and connect it to your existing Router.
