model rbr40 satellites. My 2 satellites keep turning magenta.

Question

I have an ORBI RBR 40 with 2 satellites. My satellites have been turning magenta. I have tried turning off the satellites and repairing them. My main unit is working. I can still get internet on my televisions and computer, but my Ipad, kindle, and phones will not connect to orbi unless I turn off the 2 satellites.

What do I do (I am 76 years old and need a simple explanation on how to correct this problem.

What firmware is on the router and on the satellites?
How big is the home?&nbsp;
What are the interior walls made of?
Is this a new issue or has this been going on for a while?&nbsp;
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?&nbsp;
