model RBR50 CAN'T GET INTO UPDATE FIRMWARE, PASSWORD DOESN'T WORK
Can't get in to update firmware default password and username doesn't work never changed it. keeps saying answers to security questions are wrong. How can I get the firmware updated. this is very frustrating.
