Moving from static IP to regular

hi all- would kindly appreciate some assistance-  i have the above router Orbi RBR50v2, it was connected and working great with my Verizon internet, i had to change it from a static ip address (business account) to home.  When the service was changed, the Orbi is not picking up the signal or if it is, its not providing a connection.  I am sure there is a setting that needs to be updated.  Anyone have any ideas?

    The static to dynamic IP address change was made on the Orbi web interface, Basic Tab, "Internet" menu item, correct?

    The Orbi remains connected to the same Verizon modem?

    What is the specific modem the Orbi is connected to?
