I have a 2 story home and I am afraid there will be no good connection between the floors if I use 1 router and multiple satellites. There is an ethernet cable connecting the floors. So my question is, if it is possible to use 2 routers with 2 satellites each. One set per floor. Each router connected via ethernet. But still functioning as one single network.
Thx guys
Yes you can, however one must be in the AP while one handles the DHCP stuff.
Have you tried just the Orbi router in place?

So my idea would be: Cisco Router -> 2 Ethernet connections to the Orbi routers -> 2 satellites connected wireless to each Orbi router
