    Thanks CrimpOn that did the trick on my fans, now to test the rest.  I didn't know that legislation in the US so hadn't even considered that may be an issue.

I'm overly happy it's "just" abut the lack of support (I assume the OP is located in Australia) of the channels 12 and 13 on the IoT! But again, unless these are direct imports from the FCC regulatory market, it's the IoT makers repsonability to have their IoT workable acording to the local legislation.
