Disable Link Aggreggation on the modem and be sure to connect the LAN cable from the RBRs yellow WAN port to the #1 port on the CM1100 only. There are other ports on the CM modem which will not be used. Only Port #1 on the CM1100 is used.
Power OFF both CM and RBR for 30 seconds, then power ON the modem and let it sync. Then power ON the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard with a wire connected PC to the back of the RBR and use a web browser to walk thru the setup wizard.
