Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update on the RBR?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

I didn't do a reset to scratch. Just the power cycle after the firmware upgrade numerous times. What doesn't make sense is that my current set up worked perfectly for a year and a half. I did a firmware upgrade that caused issues and rolled it back. I think this might be the issue, but I don't know.
What I am trying to determine is how the set up stops working. Could it be hardware failure? The firmware? A new neighbor device? I live in San Francisco so there are WiFi access points all over the place.

I'd start by turning OFF RBS 1 at a time.
Then try 1 RBS online one at a time.
Swap RBS locations to see if problem follows.
