My router wont load my website

Question

Hey! My site is () but ever since I have gotten the new orbi router it is not loading. I don't know what to do so I am coming on here. I have tried it with my mobile data and it works. Someone, please help me out. Thanks.

This URL does not resolve to an IP address for me. I am using both Google DNS and Cloudflare DNS.
Is there a spelling error?

Most strange. Tried again, and there it is! (on several browsers)
For some reason, my system is not happy resolving the URL when the "https" is included:
nslookup https://storageboxdirect.co.uk
*** UnKnown can't find https://storageboxdirect.co.uk: Server failed
