My Shopfiy website is being blocked netgear firewall
Hi there, We had a netgear user report that our ecommerce site is being blocked by the netgear firewall. The website is https://rux.life and hosted on Shopify. So nothing nefarious or risky going...
Thanks very much for the help. I checked with the user and they are using Armor/Bitfender. That is a screenshot from the Armor mobiile app.
Is there a way we can determine that our website is not being blocked by armor for more users?

My first thought is to post directly in the Armor community forum. Everybody who watches that forum has some interest in Armor and may be interested enough to test it as I did.

Surely there is a command in Armor to whitelist a specific URL? I would think a person could click on one of the entries and find a button to "unblock" it.
