need help choosing the my orbi system
I have a 3 story house with a topology that doesn't allow for the routers to connect over wifi (with my regular router there is no signal downstairs)..
I need a solution that supports the following topology (see attached photo):
1. Top floor (near the street): 1 router connected to the Modem
2. Middle floor: empty
3. Down floor - 2 apartments:
3.1 apartment 1: 1 router connected to the topfloor router over LAN.
3.2 apartment 2: 1 router connected to the router in apartment 1 over LAN(preferrably) or WIFI.
Each router will also need to connect to a smart TV and run netflix.
Which is the best system for me?
Do I need 3 routers system or one router and 2 satellites?
Do all systems support connecting the routers in a row (A->B->C)?
Thanks in advance

30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
