Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

 

I understand that you are having issues with the Wi-FI on your RBR10. You mentioned that you are not able to change the name of the network SSID and that you are not able to use your Orbi mesh networks Wi-Fi.

 

Please plug your router into your PC then do the following:

Go to Orbilogin.com> ADVANCED> Wireless Settings> Check the following options> Enable SSID Broadcast, Enable Wireless Router Radio, Enable 20/40 MHz Coexistence >Then Select APPLY.
