Need Modem update for NBR750
I have a problem with NBR750 in Kuwait with Zain 5g service. it shows it is connecting but the service is very interrupted and going down for every 5 mins or even when another device starts to use internet.
My modem firmware is RM5020AEAAR11A02M4G.
The device was working perfect but after I update the modem firmware the service become very bad.
it keeps showing me there is a new firmware but it doesn't update it.

I understand that once you updated your router you began to experience interim network compatibility issues and your NBR750 is prompting you to update your router. This occurs when the FW installed into the router is not the most recent firmware that is available for that router.

after I installed the update I m facing trouble with internet service. I got to know that some of the firmware been disable SA networks and some bands for 5g service.
How to downgrade to the old version?
