Need to connect Harmony Hub to CBK752
I purchased a CBK752 system around a month ago because I wanted to bypass having to use a Spectrum modem. After setting it up I'm very happy with the Wi-Fi coverage but I cannot get my Harmony Hub to...

Separation of SSID names on Orbi systems is not supported. Telnet is not supported on Orbi AX systems.
(The Harmony Hub only connects on 2.4 GHz.) So does your unit connect to the system or not at all? 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz are on the same side of the network. It's up to devices to pick and choose where they connect too. Orbi just provides a platform is all.
Try disabling AX mode on 2.4Ghz and the basic tab/wireless settings check box.
Set CTS to 2347 Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings.
Also try turning down the power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% and see if this changes anything.

The Hub does not connect at all. Since I moved and went from a Verizon FiOS gigabit router to this Orbi router I had to reset the units. The Harmony Hubs connected to the FiOS router no problem. With this router they are not recognized. You have to setup each hub using your mobile phone while connected to your WiFi. Then once it's seen by your phone you can setup all the components. I read the Hub only works on 2.4Ghz bands, so naturally I need to setup these Hubs on a 2.4 band.
I will try your 2 suggestions when I get home from work.

Something to try as well, turn OFF the Orbi system. Use the FIOS wifi router and set set SSID name and PW as what your using on the Orbi. Get the device set up on the FIOS routers wifi. Once connected turn ON the Orbi system and let it come to ready. Power OFF the FIOS router. The device should auto migrate to the Orbi system.
