Nest Thermostat with Orbi - Unable to Connect

My Nest thermostat has always worked fine with my RBR50.  It is still connected to the network.  But the iPhone app no longer connects.  I looked at a report that shows the device as “blocked”.  How doI unblock it?

    Whatever report - do you find the thermostat blocked in the Attached Devices on the Orbi router Web UI (or the Orbi App, or the Genie App)? If yes, check the Orbi WiFi System User Manual p.52 ff "Allow or Block Access to Your Network". Similar control is available in the Orbi App resp. the Genie App, too.

    A screenshot attached to the post where/how you see the report would help a lot.
