Netgear Armour interferes with admin password
I had an issue with my admin password on the Orbi app. Remembered it distinctly but it would refuse to take it. I wasn't even able to go to orbilogin.com or .net to change it as the site would through up 400 Server error messages. There are many users who have complained about the latter issue.
I had a hunch that this is probably because of the Armour software that I had installed (it comes free for 1-year with my RBK53 Orbi). I managed to get hold of an Orbi tech support on a chat and requested them to remove it (I couldn't figure out a way to do it as I was not able to log into the Orbi app at all).
They have just now removed Armour from the account and lo and behold, the original admin password works on the Orbi app.
It is obviously a bug on their system - not sure if they realise the havoc it is creating for users.

What I meant was that the password I had set for 'admin' now again works. With the Armour software installed, it wasn't accepting that password at all, nor was it allowing me to change it.
