No, but I’d had earlier firmwares pushed to the system via the auto updates. I followed the threads like many of you and updated to 2.5.1.8 when everyone felt it was close to stable, which it was until just last week.
It’s more frustrating that I can read multiple threads saying the same thing without seemingly any acknowledgement from NG.

The part about 2.5.1.8 ever being stable is debatable. There are some on here that enjoy living on the edge and claim that it works fine. However, I believe there are far more users where it is NOT stable. Of course, you never hear from those who it works well.
As a long time user to another, your only mistake was performing the upgrade IF you system was working.
