NETGEAR EX8000 added as a third satellite to an ORBI mesh WiFi?

Can an EX8000 AC3000 Nighthawk mesh extender be added as a third satellite to a ORBI AX4200 (RBR750) mesh WiFi? Bought the EX8000 a year ago and now I got the ORBI. The ORBI with 2 satellites is good...

I know that my EX7500 and 7700 work with Orbi...as extenders.

I've got an EX8000 and it does connect to orbi. But like FURRYe38  its not as a satellite. It works as an extender. Its not an ideal solution if you want the full mesh integration that orbi offers.

    Thanks for the information.  I followed the posts about EX8000 with great interest and could not understand what was causing people so much trouble getting it to connect.  Maybe this is one of those, "works for some people and not for others" situations.
