Sorry, have no idea how that went bad. When I open this web page:

and scroll down (and down, and down) after "Business Solutions" I find a category called "Switches".
People who watch this Orbi product forum are not likely to know much about the internals of Netgear switches. You might have more luck scrolling down this page and selecting one of the "switch" forums.
