Netgear LBR20 Prime video and website problmes

Evening all. Has anyone experienced any problems streaming Amazon Prime with this router , it seems the only device that I don't have problems with is a roku. I'm also having issues just loading webp...

It seems you are experiencing the same error as described here:

There is an issue with the DNS server / firmware. As a user you cannot fix this. Only thing that is available are workaround that bypass the Orbi's DNS Server / firmware. Only Netgear can fix the actual problem.

Netgear should fix the DNS server / firmware.
