You'll need to ask your ISP about how there AV program works. If there program runs on the modem, then if you have it in modem mode, this mode may disable that feature as some programs built in FW depends upon running in router or gateway mode. Like Orbi's Armor program, it requires the router to be in router mode to be used. I presume Orbis Armor would be similar to your ISPs AV program.
