Netgear Orbi failed to connect My Home Cloud
Dear All,
Does anyone know why my Orbi RBK50V2 can not connect with the My Home Cloud NAS. I have login to the access control and changed the status from "Block" to "Allow", every time when I press "apply", once refreshed, the status remained "Block".

On the Orbi web interface, Attached Devices page, what does it say about Access Control (near the top of the page)?
Is Access Control "on" or "off"?
If Access Control is "on", it can be turned off on the Security menu.
