Netgear Orbi Firmware Update
My Orbi system has been working great for the approximate 6 months I have had it. However recently I have had issues only with the sattelite with the connection to devices frequently failing.
I performed the most recent update 2.3.1.48 and now its even worse.
According to the online GUI at routerlogin.net, the backhaul status is good but when a device eventually connects to the sattelite, nothing loads i.e. videos and websites.
Users on the r/orbi reddit have experienced the same issue with this update.
Please can this issue be fixed ASAP.

Try a full factory reset on the RBR and RBS and set up from scratch. Ensure both RBR and RBS are on v48.
