Your guy did not give me a call
I have been having pproblems with the orbi all morning today
To be honest am sick of it
Since my 20 year history with being with using netgear products I have so far found this to be the worst of them
I think my unit is a faulty one
Please can you take a look into this urgently or provide me details for the UK office so I can draft a letter in writing for a replacement

Normally when an issue has been taken up by a forum moderator and referred to Netgear support, we 'ordinary folk' step back. (Often with feelings of, "how did he get so lucky?")
It is tempting to assume that the original issues described back in June remain the problem. Are they?
Is the goal of posting in the forum to seek advice from other users, or to contact the moderator? (It would seem that a private message addressed directly to the moderator might be a more efficient method than hoping the moderator would happen upon this post.)
