NetGear, Orbi Mesh WiFi
Cannot get my Orbi to download new update via WiFi from my phone. Have tried multiple times to download via the NetGear, Orbi App, from my phone, wait the required time and app states that it cannot...

Downloaded the file from NetGear for the update. My Mac will not open the *.img file that was zipped into the download. What to do?

The .img file is the file that you need to use for the update.
- In the web GUI go to >> ADVANCED >> Administration >> Firmware Update >> Manual Update
- Click on Browse and select the .img file that you previously downloaded.
