Netgear Orbi RB20 no longer working after switching off/on
After being switched off and on, both routers are now always stuck on a magenta light, sometimes a blue light will come on for seconds but then go back to magenta instantly. All that happened was one ...
- Eventually got it to work after doing a factory reset, still took a while even then, purple light again but thankfully working in the end.
I don’t know model, not at home right now. It is always solid ring. The router is just generic one when sign up for broadband, not custom. The internet router itself is working fine, yes.
