Netgear Orbi RBK20 100PES Triband Wi-Fi power led remains red after switch on

After I switch on the power to the orbi router the power Led remains red and does not turn green. Thus the router does not start. The Orbi satellite the power led turns green.   Please advise.

This sounds like the router is "dead".  If it is less than 90 days old, I would contact Netgear support.  If it is "new", I would return it to the retailer as defective.
