Netgear Orbi RBK50 DDNS issue

Hi Netgear community,   I have a Netgear Orbi RBK50 Firmware V2.1.4.16 and do not think the DDNS function is updating my host at NO-IP.COM.   The service is configured with the right hostname...

    This happens sometimes with me. I also have DDNS from No-IP.com. When this happen I just disable DDNS by unticking "Use a Dynamic DNS Service" then Apply the changes and then do the opposite. The DDNS status will show correctly after that --> xxxxxxx updated successfully at 11:01 PM, 09/18/2018

    Have you made any recent changes to your configs when the issue occurred?

      Hi Christian and thank you for your reply.

       

      I did not make any configuration changes.

       

      I know it was working under previous firmware versions.

       

      I reset everything to factory defaults and reconfigured everything and I still get that message when I check the DDNS status.

       

      Perhaps some Netgear engineers should look into this.
